Last week, our garage got tagged again... third time in a couple of years. Bleah.The city catalogs all reported graffiti. If you make a report, they'll come out and take a picture, then send you a letter giving you 10 days to clean it up. But it's desirable to paint over it ASAP to discourage future graffiti (vandals want people to see their work); if you send a pic, you don't have to wait for the city to come take one and can paint over right away. I did this and Erin was kind enough to do the painting over.
